I was really looking forward to a relaxing getaway at the Peppers resort in Kingscliff, but I left feeling quite disappointed. The location is great, close to the beach and some nice walking paths, but the accommodation itself really needs an update. While some staff were friendly, it felt like they were more interested in defending the property’s condition rather than addressing our concerns. The cleanliness and maintenance standards were definitely lacking for a place that promotes itself as a luxury resort.

I recently stayed for a two-night getaway, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located within a short walk to a stunning beach and offers great dining options nearby. We had a lovely family trip during Easter. The resort is situated in a green space close to beautiful beaches, ideal for both relaxation and activities, like biking. However, the breakfast experience was overcrowded and not worth the extra cost, which detracted from an otherwise great stay.
