Reviews and Ratings <br />
I was really looking forward to a relaxing getaway at the Peppers resort in Kingscliff, but I left feeling quite disappointed. The location is great, close to the beach and some nice walking paths, but the accommodation itself really needs an update. While some staff were friendly, it felt like they were more interested in defending the property’s condition rather than addressing our concerns. The cleanliness and maintenance standards were definitely lacking for a place that promotes itself as a luxury resort.
I recently stayed for a two-night getaway, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel is located within a short walk to a stunning beach and offers great dining options nearby. However, my room left something to be desired, especially with noise from outside and bright lights that made it hard to sleep well. It seems better suited for families than solo travelers like myself.
We had a lovely family trip during Easter. The resort is situated in a green space close to beautiful beaches, ideal for both relaxation and activities, like biking. However, the breakfast experience was overcrowded and not worth the extra cost, which detracted from an otherwise great stay.
We had a wonderful stay at Peppers at Salt. The one-bedroom apartment was comfortable and well-equipped, but it did feel a bit loud at times due to the nearby pool activities. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which added to our experience. However, it was a little disappointing that the pool area could get crowded with kids, making it hard to relax. Overall, it’s a great place for families looking for fun and comfort.
The resort has a great spot near the beach and plenty of shops and eateries within walking distance. The rooms are decent but could definitely use some updates, and the service left me wanting more. While it’s great for families with kids enjoying the pools, the fitness facilities really aren’t up to par. Overall, I might consider staying again but with lower expectations.
